In accordance with Georgia House Bill 1080 (the "Max Gruver Act"), the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia, 和 Gordon State College’s 学生行为准则, Gordon State College strictly prohibits hazing in all forms.

被欺侮 means any intentional, knowing, or reckless act committed by a person (whether individually or in concert with other persons) against another person or persons regardless of the willingness of such other person or persons to participate, that—

• 在加入某学生组织或学校组织、与该学生组织或学校组织有关联或联系、维持该学生组织或学校组织的成员资格或与该学生组织或学校组织有关联的任何其他条件或先决条件的过程中； 和
• causes or creates a risk, above the reasonable risk encountered in the course of participation in institution or organization activities (such as the physical preparation necessary for participation in an athletic team), of physical or psychological injury including—
  1. whipping, beating, striking, electronic shocking, placing of a harmful substance on someone’s body, or similar activity;

强制性的报告

All faculty, staff, students, 和 affiliated individuals at Gordon State College are 要求 to report any knowledge or suspicion of hazing immediately.
