学生关注的焦点

见见苏珊·霍夫曼； 他毕业于乔治亚州巴尼斯维尔，主修管理与行政，辅修英语。  

在戈登州立大学（Gordon State College）开始她的职业生涯时，霍夫曼考虑过很多条道路，后来在参加克里斯蒂·弗拉特（Christy Flatt）博士的两国虚拟外汇mk体育后，她找到了自己在商界的位置。 这门课影响了她对如何改变世界的看法，并激励她认真对待自己的学位。

Since Hoffman’s arrival in the fall of 2020, she has been involved in many organizations at GSC thanks to her participation in the Student Leadership Academy. 她mk体育是国际演讲会的成员； Phi Theta Kappa荣誉协会； 地球、风与火科学俱乐部； 并计划更多地参与Pi Eta姐妹会。 她还担任Tonya Moore博士的首席助理，Tonya Moore博士mk体育是对外关系和战略计划执行董事/运动总监。

Hoffman’s fondest memories at Gordon center on the people and relationships she has formed. 她重视汉兰达社区，因为这mk体育是一个志同道合的人可以走到一起，相互成长的地方。 She considers the community small enough to be family and strong enough to come together “to invoke great change.”  

Some of Hoffman’s favorite hobbies are painting finely detailed landscapes and writing. 虽然她不希望卖掉自己的画，但她希望很快成为一名出版作家。 当霍夫曼不在GSC工作时，她喜欢与丈夫和三个孩子一起去海滩、山区、博物馆等地旅行。 在慵懒的周末，她会在前廊与家人和狗狗聊天。

毕业后，霍夫曼计划去读研继续深造。 她目前正在英国寻找国际商业项目。 最终，她想继续攻读与国际事务有关的博士学位。 她的目标mk体育是从事对外援助工作，担任外援官员、领事馆官员或大使。 她对未来的职业发展方向和它带来的新可能性保持开放的心态。

We are a family here at Gordon, one that is ever-changing and ever-becoming more than it was yesterday,” said Hoffman. “Gordon can do great things, not just for you, but with you. 通往梦想的路已经在那里了。 It’s up to you to uncover it.
