Gordon State College Theatre will bring the magical world of Narnia to the stage with its upcoming production of “The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe,” dramatized by Joseph Robinette from the classic novel by C.S. Lewis. 演出将于下午6点半举行。 Nov. 20–22 in the Fine Arts Theatre, with a 2 p.m. matinee on Sunday, Nov. 23.

Audiences will join siblings Peter, Susan, Edmund and Lucy Pevensie as they step through the wardrobe and into Narnia, a land held under the White Witch’s icy rule. 在伟大的狮子阿斯兰的带领下，孩子们遇到了神话中的生物，参加了决定性的战斗，并发现了定义这个故事的永恒主题——勇气、牺牲和友谊。

This adaptation features well-known characters including Mr. and Mrs. Beaver, Tumnus the Faun, Father Christmas and an ensemble of creatures who help shape the Pevensies’ journey toward Narnia’s restoration.

Guests attending the Sunday, Nov. 23 matinee can also enjoy a Community Brunch from 11 a.m.–2 p.m. in the Dining Hall for $10.94 per person.

An adapted version of Jane Austen’s “Pride and Prejudice” will be featured in the spring theatre production, scheduled for 4月 9–12, 2026.
